What We Do
Personal Care Services
At Cegla Care, our team undergoes extensive training and receives unwavering support to ensure they maintain the highest level of knowledge and expertise. We are guided by a core ethos of treating everyone with dignity and respect, working together as a cohesive team. We provide professional, personalised care services tailored to meet the unique needs and daily routines of our Service Users. We are committed to upholding a standard of care that prioritises discretion, professionalism, safety, and comfort. This allows both our Service Users and their loved ones to have complete peace of mind.
Our personal care services include, but are not limited to:
- Assistance with washing, including bathing and showering
- Support with grooming and dressing
- Medication management and administration
- Support with general mobility, including transfers and bed positioning
- Care and support for incontinence, including changing continence products
Social Care Services
Our care team goes beyond just physical assistance — we provide engaging, heartfelt conversations designed to stimulate cognitive function and foster genuine companionship. Our mission is to empower individuals to retain their independence while enjoying tailored support that meets their unique needs. Here’s how we can help:
- Arranging appointments, including visits to doctors or healthcare professionals
- Monitoring and assisting with medication management
- Assisting with everyday household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, and meal preparation
- Engaging in friendly, supportive conversations to provide comfort and companionship
- Providing assistance with morning routines, including getting out of bed, washing, dressing and using the restroom
- Providing respite care, giving unpaid caregivers the opportunity to rest and recharge from their daily responsibilities
